We will offer you 4 nights FREE accommodation in one of our properties and escorted visits to our developments and show homes to help you decide which new home is for you.

You pay only for your flight from the UK to Chania International Airport. We will transfer you from the airport to your accommodation. If you subsequently decide to purchase a property the cost of your flights will be refunded (up to a maximum value of 1,000 Euros) on receipt of your 10% property deposit.

Please note that the above offer is subject to your agreement to spend the daytime hours of your 4-day visit on escorted viewing trips (if you use our free accommodation offer). Failure to agree these terms will result in accommodation charges of 300 Euros per person being applied.

Alternatively should you wish to book your own accommodation you will still receive your FREE flight refund of 1,000 euros on receipt of your 10% deposit.

For your reference: Please allow for approximately 10% on the sales price to allow for additional costs: Legal fees and purchase tax.

Please note: Clients are also requested to leave a small deposit of 1,000 euros on the day of their agreed sales purchase. The sales confirmation deposit is to cover for the immediate transfer costs thus securing the plot in the client’s name. The deposit will of course be deducted from the agreed stage payments.
