Please note that all our prices include 20% Bulgarian VAT based on the real price that you pay and not on a fictitious low price that most competitors declare at the notary public to evade taxes.
Your title deed will also show the real price. This will increase your annual property tax but enable you to sell your apartment at a later time without any hassle.
There is no commission to pay on any of our apartments.
Reservation of an Apartment
You can reserve an Apartment through a 1.000 Euro deposit which will be deducted from your purchase price. This deposit will reserve an apartment for four weeks.
