For your reference: Please allow for approximately 10% on the sales price to allow for additional costs: Legal fees and purchase tax.
Please note: Clients are also requested to leave a small deposit of 1,000 euros on the day of their agreed sales purchase.
The sales confirmation deposit is to cover for the immediate transfer costs thus securing the plot in the clients name. The deposit will of course be deducted from the agreed stage payments.
