Holiday occupation: There are 3 different types of formula with which you can invest, depending on how much time you want to spend in your residence. The yield can be as high a 5% with no occupation for those just wishing to invest in the market or for those who want to spend 2 week in the summer with additional weekends then you can pick a lower cash yield and a higher holiday budget which would allow you to do so.
You can use your villa or apartment at anytime of the year, just for weekend, or a longer stay - up to a maximum of 5 and a half months depending on the formula you choose.
