Les Mathes–La Palmyre is located in Charente Maritime, in the heart of Arvert Peninsula, at 17 km from Royan, 40 km from Saintes and Rochefort, 80 km from La Rochelle and 110 km from Bordeaux. Because this is a re-development of an existing project the full VAT rebate is not applicable. Instead owners will enjoy a 6% VAT rebate on the global price. At present this development does not offer holiday occupation and is a fixed renewable contract which means after the 11 and a half years the contract is automatically renewed to take it up to the full 23 years, making this a long term investment.
