    You looked around, talked to friends or acquaintances for recommendations, and found your real estate agent. You should do the same to locate your Appraiser and Home Inspector to avoid any conflict of interest. It’s really not that hard or time consuming. You can usually find the right one in a matter of an hour or so of research and phone calls.
